Govt. must file a reference against Faiz Isa: demands Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi
On the call of Ameer Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP), Hafiz Muhammad Saad Hussain Rizvi, protest demonstrations against the illegal court decision in the Mubarak Sani case were held outside the press clubs in all cities across the country including Lahore, Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Abbottabad. In Lahore, a large protest demonstration was held outside Shimla Pahari Press Club which was led by Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi. In the protest demonstration, Naib Amir TLP Pir Syed Zaheerul Hasan Shah, Allama Ghulam Abbas Faizi, Allama Farooq Ul Hasan Qadri, Sajad Ahmad Saifi, Hafiz Hafeez Rizvi, divisional president Haji Siddique Rizvi, district leader Usman Muzaffar Naqshbandi, Qari Jameel Ahmed Sharqpuri, Syed Khuram Riaz Shah, Shahzad Matha, Sheikh Waqas, Mian Mohsin Advocate, leaders of Tehreek-e-Labeek Pakistan traders' wing, leaders of Legal Commission for Blasphemy, the plaintiff in the Mubarak Sani case and a large number of TLP workers participated. Addressing the participants, Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi said that today the age of Pakistan is 77 years, there came a Chief Justice named Asif Khosa who ruled against the Mumtaz Qadri. Then another Chief Justice named Saqib Nisar came and released Asia Maloona. The decision of Qazi Faizi and his supporters are worthless to us. I say to those sitting in the marble buildings, who gave you the right to reinterpret the constitution of Pakistan wrongly? "If you don't know about the finality of the Prophethood, so why are you talking about it?" said Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi.
He said that if someone talks against a powerful person, all the laws come into action, if any member of the assembly is arrested, all the members start raising their voices to release his production orders, but in the matter of finality of the Prophethood, all the members of the National Assembly are sleeping. Qazi Faiz has misinterpreted the constitution, everyone should talk about it, Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi in his address demanded that the government of Pakistan should immediately file a reference against Qazi Faiz, and bring the judge to the court of law. "Now we will not call for a sit-in, we'll surround the Supreme Court and this is our last warning," said TLP Ameer. Addressing the protesters, he asked where Asif Khosa and Saqib Nisar are now? "They have fled the country on the basis of their decisions".
"Our lawyers fought the case in a very good way, the judge gave the criminal a way from the back door. If you are determined to benefit people against the finality of the prophethood, then we are also stubborn. If you have chosen this path, then we have also kept these bodies for the Holy Prophet. Every person who is involved in the Mubarak Sani case, our war is with that person."
In the demonstration, the workers held placards with different slogans, national and Palestinian slogans in their hands. At the end of the demonstration, a special prayer was also offered for the implementation of Nizam Mustafa in the country, peace, security and prosperity.
