Funeral prayer of martyred TLP worker offered in Bahawalnagar
Funeral prayer of Muhammad Amjad Rizvi Shaheed, who was martyred by vicious physical torture by Qadiyani goons, was offered in Dahranwala, Bahawalnagr on Sunday night. Earlier Qadyani (aka Mirzai) goons subjected Muhammad Amjad Rizvi to a inhumane physical torture on Saturday evening in his house. Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) condemned the incident and no prompt response from police including not registering the FIR. TLP Bahawalpur had to stage a sit-in after which local Police agreed to register an FIR and demolish Islamic symbols from Qadiyani worship place in Dahranwala. The funeral prayer of Muhammad Amjad Rizvi Shaheed was offered after demolishment of the Islamic symbols from the Qadiyani worship place.
Muhammad Amjad Rizvi attempted to organize a "Khatam-e-Nabuwat Conference" (a congregational seminar on finality of the prophethood of Hazrat Muhammad SAW) a couple of months ago, which was restrained to only his house after threats from Qadiyani goons of his village. That Qadiyani group had been using Islamic symbols on their worship place and also organising Taraveeh prayer in that which caused a fresh wave of tensions. While Muhammad Amjad Rizvi Shaheed was trying to intervene a quarrel between both groups inviting them to his house, the Qadiyani goons subjected him to inhumane torture which caused him to embrace martyrdom.
