Blasphmey and desceration of the holy Quran is unacceptable in any case: Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi

Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi, TLP chief, condemned the recent incidents of desecration of the holy Quran and blasphemy in Sweden and Netherlands respectively. He asserted that such incidents foments the sentiments of the Muslims and are a major cause of violence, clashes and threat to the peace of world.

"It's an international responsibility to wipe out extremism. Extremists are running-sore for each region. Police should curb extremists rather than arresting the Muslims," Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi was addressing to a weekly Jummah congregation.

Furthermore, he said that these incidents have unveiled the dark side of Europeans. "They should make an apology over this. Where the pope is sleeping who frames himself as bearer of peace efforts," TLP chief lambasted the head of the catholic church. Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi maintained that whatever 'you' call us, incidents like blasphemy and the desecration of Quran are unacceptable in any case irrespective of the place they occur.

He demanded the government of Pakistan to summon the ambassadors of concerned countries to lodge a protest and make them aware of reservations of the nation of Pakistan over these incidents.
